Job Description

Job Description:

  • Assist the recruitment process including liaising and arranging interview appointment with the applicants, conducting reference and background checks and issuing employment letter.
  • Organize and attend the external career fairs.
  • Prepare new staff on boarding and ensure all documentations are completed.
  • Collect and compile weekly duty rosters from all restaurants.
  • Update leave records and ensure all leaves submission are up-todate.
  • Any other tasks assigned by superiors

 

Requirements :

  • Minimum N Level
  • 2-3 years of administrative experience in F & B Industry / Entry level candidates are welcome
  • Good work ethic and attention to detail
  • A good team player with positive work attitude
  • Can start work immediately.
  • Only Singaporean may apply
