Job Description

Responsibilities

Assisting the HR manager to ensure the smooth operation of the department which includes:

  • Execute payroll and related process in a timely and accurate manner
  • Conduct performance evaluation/appraisals, monitoring, scheduling and coordinating
  • Process work pass application, renewal and cancellation
  • Responsible for the hiring process on recruitment, selection and screening of candidates
  • Review HR policies & processes and ensure compliance to statutory requirement
  • Handling disciplinary issues and execute the necessary e.g. inquiry, warning letter
  • Maintain & updating staff personal file
  • Monthly/Quarterly preparation of reports
  • Manage insurance matters
  • Perform exit procedure for cessation of employment e.g. exit interview, tax clearance
  • Assists in expatriates employment, relocation & tax matter
  • Training and development management
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or Business or related field
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act and familiar with MOM policies
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Familiar with using Info Tech Cloud HR with minimum 2 years payroll experience
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Meticulous & ability to multi-task
  • Independent team player and positive working attitude
