Job Description

Performs full spectrum of HR function, a wide range of office administration and secretarial support to General Manager

 

Responsibilities:

 

Full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to:

●  Assist the HR Manager in HR and office administration

●  Support all Learning and Development activities / administration

●  Employee Benefits and Leave administration

●  Employee on-boarding and off-boarding

●  Managing recruitment process, including work pass administration

●  Assist in the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures

●  Any other duties as assigned to meet business and operation needs

 

Secretarial duties to the General Manager, including but not limited to:

●  Assist in all admin and logistics matters

●  Coordinate travel arrangements

●  Any other duties as assigned to meet business and operation needs

 

Requirements:

●  Diploma in Human Resource or related discipline, with minimum 1 year experience in HR function

●  Good interpersonal and communication skills, interacting effectively with all levels in the organization

●  Excellent command of spoken and written English

●  Proficiency in using MS Office application

●  Understanding of confidentiality issues and use of discretion
