We’re looking for an ambitious and self-driven HR Manager who has a strong vision of what it will take to grow, support, and retain the industrys best talent. This role is responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities at our Head Office, with emphasis on talent retention, building a great culture, training programmes, and performance management.


In This Role:

  • Working in an international team environment, you will need to operate at two different altitudes:

    • Strategically; proactively apply critical thinking to continuously improve our HR systems, processes, and policies.

    • Operationally; be hands-on, taking direct ownership of programmes such as our performance management system and training regime.

  • You will engage with senior stakeholders across the business to develop the context necessary for us to address real business needs and deliver a world-class HR service.

  • Manage the group’s risk profile by monitoring regulatory and internal SOP compliance.

  • Be visible to the organization: regularly visit our project sites to engage with our teams and understand their challenges.

  • Possess a broad HR skillset, with previous hands-on experience playing a key role in functions like training, performance management, and employee relations.

  • Are a people-person and a great communicator, who will be proactive in engaging with diverse stakeholders.

  • Are passionate about working in a world-class environment; and, if you see we’re falling short of that – self-driven to fix, optimise, and find solutions.

  • Are well versed in the Singapore HR context, with ideally at least 5 years of generalist experience and up-to-date with knowledge of Singapore’s regulatory environment.
