Job Description

Work closely with the HR team to support the strategic direction of the business by delivering HR programs and policies etc


Responsibilities:
  • Work closely to support business units in the area of recruitment
  • Implement performance management system
  • Implement compensation system that links performance to rewards
  • Maintain and review appropriate benefits
  • Manage end to end of HRM processes such as onboarding, payroll, exit interviews etc
  • Manage staff grievances and union relationship
  • Manage internal staff communications
  • Monitor staff morale
  • Guide and mentor team members
Requirements:
  • Possess strong experience in similar capacity handling HRM related functions
  • Possess knowledge of Employment Act, Workmen Compensation Act, HR policies and procedures etc
  • Possess knowledge of HR trends and best practices
  • Prepare and generate reports
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoys working with people and is able to work well in a team
  • Participate in company events and activities
  • Regional HR experience is an added advantage
  • Min Degree/ Post graduate in HRM
