Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full suite of HR functions and aligning practices with business
  • objectives.
  • Enhance the overall quality and efficiency of the current HR functions to be
  • commensurate with the industry best practice and also fits well with high
  • growth and entrepreneurial business environment.
  • Identify training needs for the business and put in place effective training
  • programs.
  • Establish credibility throughout the organization with management and the
  • employees
  • Continue improving the programs, policies, practices and processes
  • associated with meeting the strategic and operational people issues of the
  • organization.
  • Work with all stakeholders to understand business strategies for continuous
  • improvement on the programs, policies, practices and processes
  • Act as a point of contact for all HR administration issues relating to the all
  • internal and out-sourced employees
  • Contribute to ad hoc queries and projects as required

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR
  • Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • Generalist background in compensation/benefits, HR appraisal, retention,
  • training and recruitment
  • Ability to take initiative, work both independently and as part of a team
  • Sound knowledge of Singapore employment legislation
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
