The Job 
 

As the HR Manager, you will be: 

  • Handling entire recruitment process and delivery to internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring monthly payroll and CPF processes are executed in a timely manner
  • Partnering with stakeholders on manpower needs and assisting with related queries
  • Partaking in new company initiatives
  • Assisting in system issues and ensuring HRIS is functioning smoothly
  • Managing and implementing other HR activities where necessary


The Profile 

  • You have a Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management and/or related fields
  • You have at least 1 year experience in a related role.
  • You are savvy with company-level and product-specific government grants pertaining to manpower cost and defrayment
  • You are highly conversant with various applicable manpower laws and other related legislation
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills, being able to interface with multiple stakeholders and decision makers
  • You are a self-starter and team player with a meticulous eye for details
