Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Design & implementing HR strategies & initiatives

  • Manage recruitment & selection process

  • Manage employee-related issues

  • Nurture a positive work culture in line with company’s mission and vision

  • Oversee & manage an appraisal system that rewards high efficiency & performance

  • Oversee & review pay structure & employee benefits

  • Oversee & ensure timely monthly payroll

  • Report to management on HR issues through analyst of HR data

  • Ensure legal compliance

Requirements:

  1. Possess great communication and interpersonal skills (High EQ)
  2. 3 – 5 years of team-leading experience
  3. ‘A’ level or higher qualifications. Candidates with HR qualifications and experience preferred
  4. Proficient in both English and Chinese language
  5. Possess excellent presentation and reporting skills
  6. Proficient in Microsoft office suites including Work and Excel
