Job Description

Job Description:

  • Supervise HR and Admin team
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Oversee on-boarding and off-boarding of employees
  • Update and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the Employment Act, existing MOM regulations and best practices
  • Drive employee engagement staff bonding activities 
  • Develop and facilitate Training & Development plans with the HODs
  • Conduct objective appraisals
  • Review compensation and benefits
  • Lead department goals and objectives
  • Support the CEO and CFO on corporate office matters
  • Assist in all other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related 
  • 5 years of post-qualifying experience
  • People oriented and results driven
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and best practices
  • Only Singaporeans and SPRs need apply
