HR Manager - Healthcare / up to $6k ++

• Provide a full spectrum of Human Resource services to a team of Doctors, Managers, Executives, and support staff 
• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
• Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff 
• Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
• Partner with business leaders to create high performing organizations with a focus on employee engagement 

Requirements: 

• Minimum Degree with at least 7 years experience in Human Resource Management or above 
• Minimum 3 years in management position or above 
• Able to start immediate or within short notice
