Job Description

* Office hour, Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

* Location: Upper Changi

* Full Spectrum

Our client is the Semiconductor manufacturing and Opto-Electronic manufacturing equipment, tech services, parts distribution and so forth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the HR team
  • Ensure effective delivery of the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and talent search, employment services, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, HR policies and procedures review, payroll, budgeting and HR integration.
  • Recruitment - Conducting interviews, job offering, orientation, compensation and Benefit etc.
  • Company's Policy - Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and objectives for the company on any topic associated with employee relations and employee rights.
  • Compensation and Benefits - Establishes the company wage and salary structure, pay policies and benefits for employees.
  • Maintenance of Company's website - Manages the development and maintenance of the Human Resources sections of the company website, particularly recruiting, culture, and company information.
  • Training and Development - Manage & coordinates training and development programs for employees.
  • Performance Management - Implement and conduct periodic performance management exercise that includes appraisal, annual increment.
  • Compliance - Review and ensure all activities pertaining to HR functions are compliant with relevant statutory regulations locally.
  • ISO - Liaise with ISO consultant and Company's ISO team for annual ISO audit.
  • Payroll proccessing

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as HR Manager with proven record of delivering strategic HR initiatives and sustainable organization changes.
  • A degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment-related laws, regulations and initiatives.
