Job Description

Our client, a dynamic company in the F&B industry seeking for HR Manager to join them.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Human Resource or Business Management or related.
  • At least 6 years of full spectrum HR (including payroll) experience in the F&B or Hospitality industries.
  • Proven 3 years of supervisory skills.
  • Experience with dealing with all level of people.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill.
  • Keeping up to-date with the labour law in accordance with Ministry of Manpower.
  • Must be hands on and operational.
  • Experience with supporting and delivering new HR initiatives for the organization.
  • Good problem solving skills, meticulous
  • Able to commence work with short notice advantageous.
