  • Responsible for the full spectrum of operational HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, organisational development, payroll, health, safety and other employee-related matters
  • Recommend, establish, implement and maintain proper HR policies, procedures and best practices
  • Manage, oversee and verify employees’ benefits, overtime, allowances and other compensation
  • Source, develop, establish, implement, lead organisational training programs and activities (e.g. team building, functional trainings)
  • Possess the knowledge and the experience in handling income tax matters, work pass application/ renewal/ cancellation etc
  • Coach and consult management on various HR activities
  • Handle other related HR and general admin matters on ad-hoc basis
  • IT vendor management

 

Requirement

  • Degree holder with at least 4 years of relevant working experience
  • Familiar with MOM requirements and regulations
  • Must have TIMES HR/ Payroll software experience
  • Possess a cooperative, mature, go-getter, independent, highly motivated, energetic, interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as a team player
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Prior experience in Japanese office environment is favourable
