Job Description

HR Recruiter ($4500-$5500) @IT MNC, West-Central (near mrt)

Working hour: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri) *5-DAY week

Duty:

  • Responsible for end to end recruitment activities from sourcing to on boarding
  • Support recruitment needs for local & overseas operations
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to Hiring Managers of the respective functions
  • Ensure effective Talent Acquisition process & systems are in place & in line with company’s standards
  • Prepare reports relating to sourcing & recruitment metrics
  • Liaise with vendors to fill vacancies within given time frame
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Degree in Business Management, HR or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience (in-house / agency), Good knowledge of Employment Act, preferably from IT industry

Candidates with regional exposure will be an added advantage

Meticulous, organised and analytical, Proactive & able to work independently

Strong written & verbal communication skills

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

 

Order Processing Admin ($1800-$2000) @West-Central (near mrt)

Working hour: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri) *5-DAY week

Duty:

Ensure that all sales orders are properly approved and invoices promptly generated.

Ensure that all sales requisitions are properly authorized/ approved and proper DO prepared.

Ensure timely and accurate maintenance and creation of Contracts.

Requirements:

O level/ Diploma with 1 to 2 years order processing/ relevant experiences. Good communication and computer skill.

*Malaysian with experience welcomed to apply.

 

Logistics Officer ($2000-$2500) @West-Central (near mrt)

Working hour: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri) *5-DAY week

Duty:

Ensure that purchase from Authorized Vendor.

Monthly / Weekly Purchase Planning for consumables, cabinets and other inventory for the company.

Planning of Shipping Schedule to meet local sales order as per Purchase Order.

Issuing of Purchase Order and ensure proper approval authorization.

Backup the Purchasing Division on other functions.

Handle insurance claim for damage/lost goods and cargoes

Planning for Annual Stock take.

Admin support duties for the department.

Requirements:

O level/ Diploma in Purchasing/ Logistics/ equivalent with 2 to 3 years logistic/ purchasing/ shipping/ relevant experiences. Good communication and computer skill.

*Malaysian with experience welcomed to apply.

 

IT Helpdesk Executive ($2000-$2500) @MNC company

Location: West-Central (near mrt)

Working hour: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri) *NO shift! 5-DAY week

Provide telephone & email assistance on IT/ connectivity issues;

Co-ordinate and deploy Service Engineer for investigation and to resolve customer’s connectivity issues on site;

Troubleshoot IT and connectivity related issues over the phone till resolution;

Carry out duties in accordance with guidelines and policies set by the management;

Management of projects as and when assigned by the management

Requirements:

Diploma in IT/ equivalent with 2 to 4 years relevant experiences preferably in supporting *WINDOW environment and WIN server.

Good listening and customer handling skills.
