HR Generalist

Location: Sims Avenue (kallang)

Working Hours: 5 days Office Hours

Industry: Healthcare supplements

Salary Range: $2600 – 2800

 

Job Responsibilities:

• To provide other Human resource support services including recruitment, correspond with agencies
• Coordinate new staff orientations, work pass applications, update organization charts
• Handle grievances of any employee under the appointed department
• Prepare payslips, calculate commission for salesmen
• To administer staff benefits including leaves and insurance/medical claims.
• Assist Finance team in preparing invoices

           

Pre-Requisites:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in human resources in agency or in house HR.
• Proficient in MS office applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous, organized, team player and able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Committed and willing to learn
