Job Description

  • Data Entry for new hires with high level of accuracy. 
  • Process and track security clearance submissions.
  • Respond to email queries on staff benefits.
  • Update and retrieve information on Staff Leave/Benefits in SAP/Workday Maintenance of physical Pfiles.
  • Close liaison with internal departments for smooth on boarding of personnel.
  • Any other ad hoc HR related administration

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in HR Operations including data management and staff benefits administration.
  • At least a diploma in HR or related field.
  • Good written and communication skills.
  • Able to multi task and is Tech Savy.
  • Quick learner and a team player.
  • Meticulous in record keeping.
  • Abie to work independently.
  • Resilience to withstand pressure from clients and high recruitment volume.
