Job Description

  • Implement and conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
  • Manage Training and Development programs.
  • Reviewing training & development plan
  • Responsible for Compensation & Benefits matters
  • Assisting on HR strategic planning
  • Manage the entire life-cycle of the recruitment process and requirements from hiring manager to job offer.
  • Handling work pass application, employee relations & operators’ recruitment.
  • Designing & implementing Job Grading structure for the group
  • Administering on talent & performance managements
  • Set up e-learning system and procedures.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary problems.
  • Work closely hiring managers on hiring requirements, ensure efficient and effective on-boarding and off-boarding activities including work pass application and orientation.
  • Assist on other HR projects as and when required.




  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Prefer 3 years of relevant working experiences on Human Resource functions such as
  • Recruitment and Training & Development
  • Experience in Manufacturing industry is highly preferred, especially handing operators recruitment and package.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Power Point)
  • Experience on Timesoft system will be an added advantage
  • Able to start work Immediately
