Job Description

To play an active role in business partnering, adding value to the business and operations achieving the organizational goals in a lean environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in business discussion and partner with stakeholders to identify talent issues/challenges and translate into specific HR requirements;
  • Drive recruitment campaigns and solutions for talent in Singapore and the region; working with internal and external agencies for talent recruitment
  • Manage and review the payroll process with outsourced payroll partner
  • Handle all HR related operations for the company
  • Influence and coach business to support HR/talent strategy;
  • Manage and resolve complex team members’ relations issues to minimize litigation risk and ensure regulatory compliance;
  • Seek feedback, monitor stakeholder satisfaction and drive HR service performance to ensure continuous improvement, and customer service mindset;

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in HR/ Business
  • 4- 5 years of business partnering / generalist function
  • Able to work in a lean department with Regional HR coverage duties
  • Able to work independently and resourceful team player
