HR Executive / Recruiter (Immediate)
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process of Management & Support candidates
- Prepare contract for confirmed candidates
- Coordinate and manage the contract renewal process / facilitate the exit management process
- Work with HR Lead (Research and Management & Support) to contribute ideas and feedback in streamlining HR processes on areas of process improvements and standardizations
- Cooperate and build positive working relationships with peers to form strong teams
- Escalate and follow up to ensure closure on issues arising from recruitment, contract management and appraisal & promotion activities
- Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business or a related discipline with 2 - 4 years of experience
- Good knowledge of general HR or HR transactional work
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
