Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Verify new hires data created in Timesoft
  • Check and verify Confirmation, Market Adjustment, Promotion, Demotion, Resignation or Termination letters (Workers, Non-Exempt & Exempt)
  • Calculate final salary
  • Tax Clearance IR21 for foreign employees
  • Filing Resignees P-files
  • Verify and check the reason for discrepancies
  • Monthly Leave Utilisation report
  • Upload Payroll Cost report  to SAP
  • Prepare BU pay discrepancy report
  • Export and verify report
  • Verify cheque/cash/bank listing
  • Verify and check CPF for backpayment subject to OW/AW Cap
  • Import and verify expenses reimbursement
  • Verify and update hourly-rated / Intership employee OT payment
  • Verify and check last day employee salary payout
  • Update last and current month negative salary
  • Verify and update employees attendance/OT
  • Verify salary adjustment / fixed allowances
  • Verify and update Salary Withheld
  • Verify and update ND Claims deduction
  • Verify and check tax clearance for Resigness
  • Verify and update full month FWL payment
  • Import and verify Medical/Dental/Eyecare Reimburse and Deduction
  • Import and verify Safety Shoes / Uniforms Deduction
  • Import and verify Utility Charges / SK and Soon Lee Food Deduction
  • Import and verify Advance Cash Deduction
  • Operation provide leave application to payroll officer for verification
  • Submit IR21 for resignee
  • Raise payment voucher to finance to issue cheque
  • Deduct tax in final salary
  • Income tax filling (per year)
  • Calculate & deduct NS pay in payroll system

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 - 5 years relevant working experience.
  • Knowledge of Time Soft ware is an added advantage.
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good working knowledge in all local and international codes and standards on the related field.
  • Ability to lead and instil team spirit in work.
  • Must be able to work independently.

Other information:
  • Location: Tuas
  • 5 days work week (Mon - Thurs: 8am - 6pm, Fridays: 8am - 5pm)
  • Company transport provided islandwide
