HR Executive (Lead) / Shared Services / $3600-$4200 / East

Job Scope:

• Support recruitment activities including initial screening of candidates and related administration. This will include trainee and internship programs
• Assist with HR systems functionality and maintenance including data migration, reports and data accuracy, addressing employees' queries.
• Perform day to day HR operations matters - new employees onboarding, claims, insurance, payroll related matters, HR policy and handbook updates
• Responsible for employee mobility issues
• Support in Talent Management and Development activities, as well as in HR communications and welfare activities
• Act as single point of contact for HR matters 
• Preparation of monthly report
• Supervising 2 junior HR members
• Other adhoc assignments as required

 

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM)/ Business or relevant disicipline with at least 4 to 5 years of working experience as an HR generalist and operations functions
• Experiences from shared service centre will be advantageous 
• Knowledgeable about the Employment Act and other employment related legislation and regulations
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels
