Job Description

An established organization is inviting suitable candidates to join the team:

 

 

HR Executive

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for the employee life cycle from on-boarding to off-boarding
  • Administer the entire on-boarding process including contract preparation and signing, new hire orientation, logistics preparation, first day reporting, update HRIS, data verification, P-file creation and data management (digitization)
  • Administer the confirmation, contract renewal, re-employment, performance management, discipline, grievance handling and enquiries on HR matters
  • Involve in manpower movement administration such as new hire deployment, re-deployment / transfer, conversion and re-hiring
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the HRIS
  • Support the administration of existing and new reward schemes
  • Support the implementation or changes to the Progression Wage Model in line with the statutory requirements
  • Administer Work Pass applications, renewal and cancellation
  • Administer the entire off-boarding process including liaison with the Business Unit, Payroll, Leave Administrator and the Training Arm for all cessation matters
  • Support the periodic or ad-hoc request of statistical reports
  • Support major annual activities including the Annual Appraisal Exercise and Grading Exercise
  • Support major events and activities leading to the growth of the Organization
  • Contribute to the continuous process improvement projects

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in Unit4 Prosoft and SAP HR preferred
  • Meticulous with resilience on high volume assignment
  • Highly adaptable to change in a dynamic environment with a positive mindset
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Independent and confident in dealing with internal and external customers
