Job Description

 

Responsibilities

  • Screening, interviewing and short-listing potential candidates both personally and by telephone to match candidates for the appropriate roles
  • Assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies
  • Writing and advertising vacancies on the job boards
  • Organising interviews and selection events
  • Making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies
  • Source candidates using databases, social media etc
  • Making job offers and checking references on candidates
  • Helping candidates to identify and achieve their career goals, and encouraging continuing professional development
  • Facilitate the application processes and finalise agreements between candidate and employer
  • Coaching and leading candidates throughout the hiring process


Entry Requirements

  • Open to graduates of any discipline
  • Min. A’level or local Diploma holder
  • English and Chinese speaking
