Job Description

  • Handles recruitment and new hire on-boarding
  • Liaise with recruitment agency on recruitment process
  • Handles of all weekly, monthly and adhoc HRIS
  • Assist with Job Analysis and Job Description
  • Maintain and Updating Staff P file
  • Assist with Work passes, employment permit application, renewal and cancellation
  • Coordinating of Group Insurance administration
  • Assist with other HR functions, including staff benefits, payroll & administration
  • Assist in resolving complex employee relations issue and address grievance
  • Submission of monthly recruitment reports
  • Ad-hoc duties as assignment by HRM

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • 3 years HR Generalist experience
  • Good knowledge of MOM rules and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
  • Able to start work immediately
