HR Executive (In house Talent Acquisition)

· End-to-end recruitment - research & sourcing, assessment & selection and offer & on-boarding of candidates.
· Attract talents via different channels and utilise innovative methods
· Increase outreach by connecting with universities through career fairs and programs
· Create and manage online and offline employer brand campaigns with the goal of increasing the number of relevant candidates and improving our image
· Ensure effective planning and budgeting of activities and campaigns (online and offline)
· Support the retention of employees by designing and implementing employees and team engagement activities
· Initiate your own programs to assist recruitment or branding
What you will need to excel:
· Degree in any discipline – we welcome all forms of talent!
· 1-2 years of experience in HR field
· Enthusiastic and approachable personality
· Good understanding of creative sourcing strategies for talents
· Flexible and can adapt to shifting priorities
· Creativity and the courage to try new methods
· Self-driven and constantly strives to improve
· Great team player who enjoys fun at work!
