Job Description

HR Executive / HR Asst (GOOD PAY)

Assist in full spectrum of Human Resource functions

Recruitment duties such as screening and arranging of interviews

Updating and maintaining of personnel files / records

Administering of employee benefits – Medical/Insurance Claims for workers

Monitoring of worker’s passport renewal

Administering of workers dormitory application/cancellation etc

Administer employees’ probation processes and prepare confirmation letters

Assist in processing of monthly payroll processing

Handling work passes application, renewal and cancellation

Coordinate performance appraisal exercise

Prepare monthly headcount report

Assist in organising company functions and events

Assist to prepare any miscellaneous letters when required

Supporting firm’s compliance in maintaining ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 140001


Assist in all administrative matters

Assist in organising company functions and events

Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.


Min. “N” Level / ITE Certificate
Diploma / Relevant Certificate in Administration or similar discipline
At least 1 year of relevant working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office


Strong organisational skills and initiative
Meticulous and detailed
Good communication & interpersonal skills
