Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and selection of candidates for interviews
• Prepare salary proposals, employment contracts, arrange for pre-employment check-ups and conduct reference checks
• Preparation relevant letters to effect staff movements (appointment, resignation, transfers, confirmation, promotion and internal appointment)
• Conduct exit interviews for resigned staff
• Prepare headcount reports and MOM Survey
• Liaise with tertiary on Industrial Attachment programme
• Update CVs for Group Orientation
• Handle foreign workers’ work pass related matters, tenancy agreement and repatriation matters
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holders with 2 years of relevant HR experience
• Good written and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Meticulous with a high degree of integrity and demonstrated ability to work in a team
• Pleasant, resourceful with good interpersonal skills
• Able to adapt to multi-tasking and cope with stringent time demands
• Preferred IHRP certified

This is a 2-year contract with the opportunity to be converted to a permanent role.
