Job Description

Responsibilities : 

  • Drafting and posting of advertisment on job portal and social media
  • Conduct end to end recruitment involving identifying and screening candidates, arranging & conducting interviews, conduct reference and background checks, and offer of employment
  • Handle on-boarding of new employees 
  • Creating suitable strategies to achieve recruitment target within budget
  • Participate in recruitment drive and networking session
  • Handling all other ad-hoc duties given by hiring manager

Requirments 

  • Applicants must possess at least a Diploma in any field
  • No prior experience required
  • Experienced candidates may be considered for senior position 
  • Willing to learn and possess good communication skill
  • Able to work independently and result-oriented
