Job Description

Performs full spectrum of HR function, a wide range of office administration and secretarial support to General Manager



Full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to:

  • Assist the HR Manager in HR and office administration
  • Support all Learning and Development activities / administration
  • Employee Benefits and Leave administration
  • Employee on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Managing recruitment process, including work pass administration
  • Assist in the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Any other duties as assigned to meet business and operation needs

Secretarial duties to the General Manager, including but not limited to:

  • Assist in all admin and logistics matters
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Any other duties as assigned to meet business and operation needs


  • Diploma in Human Resource or related discipline, with minimum 1 year experience in HR function
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, interacting effectively with all levels in the organization
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in using MS Office application
  • Understanding of confidentiality issues and use of discretion
  • Willing to work at Jurong Island
