As a HR executive, your role is crucial to communicate with people what we do and build systems to help us achieve that:

1) Basic Functions of HR department
Posting recruitment ads
Reviewing resumes and applications
Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance
Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
Conducting various welfare activities
Regular updating of communication channels
Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance
Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements
Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have
Escalating to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue
Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation
Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly
Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers
Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
Keeping records of staff insurance and ensuring timely renewal

2) Assist to build and strengthen Recruitment, Onboarding & Company Culture
Work with the HR manager and Senior Leadership to evolve organisation structure, write briefs and descriptions and identify suitable candidiates
Work with the HR manager and Senior Leadership to strategically plan HR processes and procedure that will ensure strong fit for roles in recruitment and a smooth onboarding process for all hires both current and future
Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
Build processes to ensure managers and employees are properly connected
Develop the internal culture to ensure growth, retain key talent and attract new
talent to accelerate performance with a thriving organisation
Manage the Company's Linkedin account and connect with prospective candidates on Linkedin

Skills Required:
We are looking for someone with / who is / who is able to:

- proficient in MS Word, Excel, PPT and technology in general
- Has a minimum of 1 year of working experience
- Prior related experience in the HR industry preferred
- Prior management experience preferred

Contract Duration:
6 months contract (renewable / might be converted to permanent position)

Work Hours:
4 day work week
Tues - Wed: 9am - 6pm
Thurs - Fri: 12pm - 9pm

Ad-hoc Saturday shifts - to conduct Onboarding sessions or to handle contracts
