HR Executive - 1 Year Contract/North/ Manufacturing Company REF: KI

• 8-12 Months contract (Maternity Cover)
• Mon-Fri/Office Hour
• Location: Ang Mo Kio

Your role:

• Responsible in providing support recruitment, on-boarding, reappointment, upgrading, transfer, and exit of staff
• Handling of HR-related administrative duties
• Liasing with internal managers and agencies for recruitment/manpower matter
• Experience in interviewing non-executive candidates
• Other duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or Business or related field
• Experience in recruitment (job posting, shortlisting, interviewing candidates)
• Good knowledge of Employment Act and familiar with MOM policies
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in Manufacturing company is a plus
