Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in creating and maintaining the training programs
  • Maintain training records (e.g., trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
  • Upkeep the classrooms and ensure they are properly set up
  • Prepare and disseminate material (e.g., course notebook, feedback forms)
  • Act as point of contact for interested parties (e.g., vendors and participants)
  • Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid
  • Record and submit report on training activities and results
  • Resolve issues as they arise onsite
  • Support and handle internal and external audit  
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma with some years of relevant experience  
  • Familiar with the administration of OJT training and WSQ programmes
  • Good interpersonal, communications and coordination skills
  • Well-organized with good and analytical initiative
  • Resourceful and mature team player
