  • Search and match qualified candidates through company database, social media channels, job boards, and other sources
  • Invite applicants and schedule interviews
  • Negotiate salary and employment offers
  • Interview candidates face-to-face and by telephone/skype
  • Conduct document verification and background checks
  • Follow-up actions with candidates regarding the results of interviews
  • Prepare recruitment reports
  • Othe ad-hoc jobs from time to time

 

Requirements:

  • At least Diploma in Business Management, Human Resource, Communications or relevant studies
  • Team Player; able to mingle with different types of people
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Can do attitude and results oriented
