Job Description

This role offers a huge amount of variety including coordinating and preparing reports and presentations, booking meetings and travel, implementing and maintaining databases and processes, preparing and organising promotional materials, organising diaries, liaising with public, information management and other challenging tasks.

 

The role also includes the Human Resources function including assisting with recruiting, inductions of new employees, HR documentation and information management, assisting with employee performance issues and general HR activities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • You will share a passion for the success of the business and proactively contribute to the culture, growth and development of the Company
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with all level of shareholders
  • You will be comfortable offering support in a proactive, professional and enthusiastic manner to all levels within the business
  • Administrative and communicative support
  • Maintaining HR databases and monthly reports
  • Drafting employment contracts and variations
  • End to end recruitment i.e. drafting/posting adverts, phone screening and organising pre-employment testing
  • Organise company event and product launch

 

Requirements:

  • You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, loads of initiative and extremely high standards of integrity and confidentiality
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Familiar with social media. Eg: Linkedin, Facebook, IG
  • You must have the ability to work independently, exercising good initiative and judgement using excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You will have exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure. 
  • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy in a busy deadline driven role
  • Highly developed administration and organisation skills.
