Job Description

HR Function

  • Support HR leader on various HR projects such as culture promotion, training facilitation etc.
  • Drive office engagement by facilitating various activities and assisting HR leader to develop employee engagement programs and execute the plans. 
  • Responsible for HR operation such as employee life-cycle management, work permit management, attendance management etc.
  • Assist in HR activities organization such as annual dinner, outing, festival gifts etc.
  • Take ad hoc assignments from Manager

Admin Function

  • Responsible for the administration service of office area to ensure a smooth & safe working environment including security management, cleaning, office facilities and general supplies in accordance with legal & company requirements. 
  • Responsible for updating & developing overall administration policies and procedures, guarantee daily operations are in accordance with legal requirement, company policy and procedures;
  • Responsible for office indirect purchase management and supplier relationship management, including suppliers sourcing, negotiation and contract review, etc.
  • Handling petty cash, reimbursement, expense application and relative financial report for office
  • Take ad hoc assignments from Manager

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or above 
  • 2-3 years experiences in administration, HR and vendor management 
  • Work with great passion and like challenges 
  • Honest, self-motivated, open-minded, responsible, result oriented
  • Good communication and presentation skills 
  • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization
