HR Coordinator (up to $2500 per month )

• SemiConductor - US MNC
• 6 months contract 
• up to $2500 per month 
• Monday to Friday / 8.00am to 5.30pm 

Jobscope: 

• Screen resumes for junior exexcutive positions
• Post job advertisement on various job portals
• Enhance the writing job advertisement when required
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Sending candidate assessment prior to interview
• Keep track of candidate’s progression through the recruitment process
• Conduct reference checks for some positions

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Management/Administration or a related field.
• Prior experience in talent acquisition or human resources is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge in MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint is a must
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn is an advantage
