We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount 6 months Contract HR Comms and Ben.

Looking for Immediate or short notice

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 845am - 530pm (alternate days in office and WFH)

Salary: $4-5k with 0.5 month completion bonus

Jobscope:

- Prepare salary proposal for all new hires and salary reviews for employees

- Conduct market analysis and support annual salary survey to implement competitve salary package across the region

- Support in preparing job classifications and salary scale

- Participate in analysis of compensation and benefits within organisaion

- prepare industry competitive analysis, merit increases and salary structure

- Undertake total rewards projects that are aligned to business needs

- other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Experience in Total Rewards in IT/Shared Servcies

- Proficiency in HRIS (Oracle)
