About The Recruiter:
The role of the Recruiter is to qualify and present the best candidates to the clients. Partnering with hiring managers and key HR personnel, a Recruiter has to work closely with clients to understand the requirements of their roles, at times even assisting the clients to frame the job descriptions. Managing the job offer process is also an art which a Recruiter needs to master in order to ensure successful placement of the talent to the Client.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify talents who may be a good fit for the company culture and business
- Manage full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience when driving the offer process, onboarding/offboarding
- Build candidate pipelines
- Update the candidate regarding his/ her interview outcome and recruitment process in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively in a team to achieve targets
Job Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Business / Human Resource / Social Sciences / Humanities
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Good network with school societies and CCA records will be an advantage
