Job Description:

• The HR Business Partner must assist the company in nurturing a conducive work environment by:
  • Building a working environment that fosters close ties and familial values within the company
  • Understanding and resolving any grievances employees/employers must inculcate a sense of togetherness
  • Be the first point of contact should problems arise within the company
  • Assist management in creating strategies to increase work satisfaction
  • Available at most times to facilitate assistance

  • Motivate peers to be the best they can
  • Assist management in helping peers to realize their full potential
  • Assist peers for large-scale company events
• Carry out HR administrative duties

Job Requirement:

• Be able to liaise with Mandarin and English-speaking clients (Business level Mandarin)
• An individual driven and motivated to help the company succeed
• Able to be flexible in work timings
• HR experience is not a necessity but will be a plus
