Job Description

Job Scopes

Recruitment and Line Management Support

  • Provide guidance to Line Managers in understanding their people and organisational responsibilities and key HR processes and policies by providing relevant tools and training support.
  • Coach and guide the managers through different tools into people management issue they may have.
  • To meet HR KPIs ie to fill up open positions within stipulated
  • Maintain central depository and ensure updated Job Success profiles (JD) are available
  • Prepare and submission of all necessary new hire documents

 

Performance Management, Development Management

  • Ensure the Performance Management Cycle is applied in areas of responsibility by coaching the managers in the whole process (objective setting, mid-year review, year-end review, and development plans), provide the assistance and the training if necessary
  • Manage disciplinary and performance issues with Line Managers

 

HR Operational/Cyclical activities

  • Support HR administration of performance evaluation, bonus, Annual Salary Revisions (ASR) and employee development planning
  • Employee life cycle administration - Induction, Confirmation and Resignation
  • Coordinate employee survey
  • Coordinate Employee Engagement programs eg Forum and Teambuilding

 

Compensation and Benefits

  • Manage compensation according to company guidelines/policies.
  • Expatriation management
  • Salary & benefits surveys participation - Mercer LGI comp & ben surveys

 

HR Data/Reports

  • Payroll validation and sales incentive management
  • Org charts updates and HR KPI/Dashboard data validation on monthly basis
  • Headcount forecast/planning to HR (on adhoc basis)
  •  Time & Attendance/Workforce Scheduling administration

 

Compliances & Projects

  • Compliance/audit support- responsible for relevant HR processes during audits
  • Executes and follows-up on Engagement Surveys
  • Implement/facilitate employee communication/engagement/retention programs
  • Other projects includes - Club credit, Trade incentive, Retail Incentives, Teambuilding for hub
  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission of relevant HR admin forms and documents to Nestle HR for record/administration

 

 

Qualifications & Requirement

  • Degree level education or equivalent
  • 4-6 years of HR Generalist (preferably with some HRBP/HR project mgt experience) in a fast pace MNC environment
  • Ability to accomplish most of HR operational activities independently, and exercise sound decisions/judgement
  • Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders, strong in communications
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Must be willing to take up as 2.5 years contract
