HR Business Partner (6mths/up to S$3.5K)(Ref:JBB)
- To be the Business Partner for assigned business unit and provide timely of HR functions in the areas of recruitment, exit management, operational management of resources in order to attract and retain the necessary manpower in line with HR objectives.
- First Day Induction & management of settling in of new staff to ensure that new comers have sufficient information provided to start their career.
- Processing of resignation of staff to ensure that exit management is completed within the stipulated time and benefits orientated.
- Handle public enquiries related to recruitment matters and replying to internal staff queries related to HR matters both verbally and via email.
- Other duties as required
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in HR/Business or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant HR experience
- Able to work with all levels of management
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
