HR Business Partner (1 Year Contract)

• Job Description

• Manage the full spectrum of HR Functions , including oversee payroll processing
• Participation in formulation of HR solutions and programmes with the HR team to address workforce and business needs
• Business Partnering; Providing HR Advices to different departments
• Partner with respective business leaders on proactive HR matters and initiatives
• Responsible for handling the respective departments’ core HR functions/processes such recruitment and selection, onboarding, compensation & benefits, grants, training & development, employee engagement & relations and performance management, offboarding, etc.
• Participate and drive ongoing HR initiatives and projects aligned with business objectives and practices

Requirements:

• Degree in HR/Business or related discipline with 4-6 years of relevant experience in HR operations/business partnering
• Hands on experience
