Job Description


  • Work closely with departments and HR business partners to identify learning needs, implement capability building and succession plans in alignment with the institution’s workforce strategies
  • Manage the process of end to end L&D initiatives-curating content, delivery methods, sourcing for vendors, assessing effectiveness, gathering feedback etc.
  • Design and implement innovative learning interventions e.g. coaching, peer learning, blended learning etc. to create effective learning solutions
  • Monitor key training indicators and budget
  • Administer sponsorships, scholarships, developmental and recognition awards
  • Oversee the running of corporate programmes for instance, orientation programme, performance management workshops etc.
  • Lead the setting up of the Training Administration System in SAP


  • Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably with a post graduate qualification in Human Resource Development
  • 3 to 5 years in HR L&D with a strong track record of leading L&D projects
  • Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Ability to engage and build relationships with senior stakeholders and the lines management in a fast paced, healthcare environment
  • Familiar with adult learning pedagogies
  • Good analytical, written and communication skills
  • Knowledge of SAP, learning management systems, e-learning platforms (e.g. conversion of training materials to e-learning content) is advantageous
