Job Description

  1. Manage full spectrum of HR functions including selection, recruitment, retention, organizational development, training, employee relations as well as benefits & compensation.
  2. Develop, implement, review and update HR policies and programs
  3. Implement and manage HR shared services products and processes
  4. Lead and oversee new and existing HR projects
  5. Perform and oversee monthly payroll
  6. Manage and oversee foreign employees’ work pass matters
  7. Procurement and maintenance of office equipment and other administrative materials

 

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  2. At least 5 years of working experience in HR related fields
  3. Able to write and converse in English & Chinese effectively
  4. Able to work independently, resourceful and self-motivated
  5. Have good understanding of Singapore employment law & practices
  6. Preferably have experience in working with all levels of employees
