Job Description

  • Assist in Payroll calculation & HR related matters 
  • Maintain payroll records
  • Assist with leave application entry and filing
  • Assist with work permit applications
  • Assist with training application and enrollment
  • Maintain personal files
  • Assist in answering phone calls
  • General admin/ clerical administrative works
  • Any other duties might be assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENT

  • Candidate must possess at least diploma and above with 2-3 years relevant working experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel & Word
  • Good interpersonal skills, independent, pro-active, meticulous and fast leaner
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Benoi Crescent
  • Transportation pick- up services will be provided at Kranji, Choa Chu Kang & Pioneer
