Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment & payroll activities
  • Responsible for end to end recruitment of junior executives and manufacturing sectors
  • Manage off-boarding processes, exit interviews and clearance
  • Ensure accuracy in the maintenance of manpower records in the system
  • Prepare monthly reports and recruitment statistics to Management
  • Verify and process contracts for all contract manpower
  • Administer leave management, transfers/movements, performance appraisal reviews, turnover, promotions etc.
  • Process monthly payroll activities, computing of monthly timesheets etc
  • Ensure accuracy in all payroll reports and transactions
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned

 

Requirements

  • Degree/diploma qualified, preferably in Human Resource, Business Administration or Management discipline
  • Minimum 2 year of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to payroll administration (TP8/ Timesoft) and recruitment 
  • Experience in manufacturing sector will be an added advantage
  • Possess good knowledge of Employment Act and prevailing HR practices
  • Customer service-oriented, resourceful, meticulous, organized and independent
  • Able to commence work within short notice
