Responsibilities
- Support recruitment & payroll activities
- Responsible for end to end recruitment of junior executives and manufacturing sectors
- Manage off-boarding processes, exit interviews and clearance
- Ensure accuracy in the maintenance of manpower records in the system
- Prepare monthly reports and recruitment statistics to Management
- Verify and process contracts for all contract manpower
- Administer leave management, transfers/movements, performance appraisal reviews, turnover, promotions etc.
- Process monthly payroll activities, computing of monthly timesheets etc
- Ensure accuracy in all payroll reports and transactions
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned
Requirements
- Degree/diploma qualified, preferably in Human Resource, Business Administration or Management discipline
- Minimum 2 year of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to payroll administration (TP8/ Timesoft) and recruitment
- Experience in manufacturing sector will be an added advantage
- Possess good knowledge of Employment Act and prevailing HR practices
- Customer service-oriented, resourceful, meticulous, organized and independent
- Able to commence work within short notice
