Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Update employee database (including leave and medical claims)
  • Check duty roster against actual attendance
  • Compute overtime hours
  • Assist in payroll function
  • Maintain proper filing of records
  • Handle office general administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Min. GCE “O” level
  • Proficient in MS Office application
  • Min 1 year of HR/admin working experience
  • Able to commence work within short notice
