Job Description


  • To process all Benefits-related claims 
  • To support new hires’ and resignees’ benefits-related matters
  • Provide monthly reports/stats to payroll for processing of payments
  • Assist team with the exit cases, including to update exit records in SAP
  • Facilitate day-to-day exit clearance by staff
  • Facilitate day-to-day p-files retrieval request and returns
  • Create p-files for new hires and update existing p-files for transferred staff
  • Admin support for appraisal exercises 
  • Preparing collaterals for moderation sessions, preparation of letter drafts
  • To process all Benefits-related claims (e.g. Pro-Family, NS, housing, handphone, fitness, etc) during the transition while hiring a new headcount
  • To support new hires’ and resignees’ benefits-related matters (e.g. creation/computation of leave quota, insurance enrolment/cancellation, etc)
  • To provide monthly reports/stats to Payroll for processing of payments
  • To manually administer the Corporate Attraction Card Balloting system



  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or related discplines
  • Must be able to commence work within a short notice period /immediately.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and good attitude
