Job Description

 

Company Vehicle

  • Renew Insurance & Road and update vehicle list
  • Issue Petro card 
  • Accident reporting
  • Season parking

Training

  • Courses application and manage training darabase
  • Training grant application

Company Properties/ IT

  • Purchase and issue laptop/ desktop to new staff/ RTO/ RE
  • Purchase camera for staff if requested by PM
  • Purchase and issue handset for RTO under project requirement
  • Purchase thumb drive for Tender submission
  • Maintain proper records of company properties movement
  • Coordinate with the IT staff for problem solving on site and email setup
  • Setup internet connection for site office

Administrative

  • To purchase first-Aid box for project sites
  • To order & check the letterhead & envelope stock
  • Liaise with vendor on the maintenance for photocopiers/ office telephone
  • Apply internet for new site office
  • Cover receptionist when the receptionist is away or on leave
  • Support Senior HR Executive and Management in day-to-day operations

 

Job Requirement:

5.5 (Alternate saturday)
