Job Description

  • Computing staff and workers salary and Payslip
  • Manage work pass applications, levy waiver and CPF
  • Process Insurance renewal and management
  • Monitoring staff leave and medical
  • Lisise and arrange staff enhance training
  • Liaise with hiring managers to identify and evaluate hiring needs
  • Post job advertisements on various recruitment job posting channels
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least O Level or Diploma
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated and able to provide solutions to problems

 

Working hrs / Work week:

  • 5.5 day ( Mon- Fri 8.30am - 5.30p.m) / Sat (8.30am -1.30pm)
